Return Process

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain attached and intact.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
